The Green Bay Packers suffered a brutal 19-17 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. For the second straight game the Packers’ loss was sealed by a late fourth-quarter interception. Green Bay had the ball and a chance to win in both contests vs. the Raiders and Broncos.
After the loss many Packers fans called for the team to trade Jordan Love. While that is extremely unlikely to happen, one beat writer suggested a two-time pro-bowler as a possible replacement at quarterback.
The Green Bay Packers Named As A Possible Landing Spot For Quarterback Dak Prescott

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has not performed well in his role recently, so Sayre Bedlinger of Fansided suggested that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott may be better options.
After Love led the team to a 2-1 record to start the season, his victorious streak suddenly plummeted. He totaled seven touchdowns and only one interception over his first three contests, but in his last two games, he has had one touchdown and five picks.

The Green Bay Packers Will Not Trade For Dak Prescott
The amount of draft capital it would take to lure Prescott away from the Cowboys would be way too much for the Packers to afford. Green Bay fully committed to the unofficial “youth movement” this past off-season and trading for a 30-year-old quarterback doesn’t fit their current mold.
Additionally, the Packers are not ready to give up on the idea of Jordan Love. It took Rodgers 2-3 years to prove he is “the guy” in Green Bay. It is completely reasonable to think the Packers will give Love another year or two to prove if he is “the guy” this time around.
Through six games Love has a 57.5 completion percentage, 1,263 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, seven interceptions, 130 rushing yards, and two touchdowns. Not he most ideal start to a season but certainly enough to believe that he could develop into someone who could lead a franchise. Packers fans need to be patient and let Love develop.
