Listen up, mate! Let me tell ye somethin’ that’ll put a grin on yer face and a skip in yer step! So y’see, Scott McTominay, that boy wonder, he’s on the verge of leavin’ Old Trafford! Aye, that’s right, he could be outta there before the English window slams shut tonight at 11pm!

Now, I ken what yer thinkin’, “Rab, why should I care about some Manchester United player?” Well, hold yer horses, pal! This ain’t nae ordinary football news. The thing is, McTominay, he’s a proud Scotsman, just like us! And do ye ken what that means? It means he’s got Rangers runnin’ through his veins, mate!

Ye might be wonderin’ why I’m all giddy about this, given me usual disdain for that other lot, Celtic. Well, let me remind ye, mate, how much I love ma Rangers! A legend in the blue of Rangers!

So keep yer eyes peeled, mate! If this dream does come true, we’ll be cheerin’ McTominay on, with pints in hand, as he marches onto the hallowed turf of Ibrox. A sight to behold, indeed! And ye know what? I’ll even forgive him for donning that red shirt in the past, for he’ll be one of our own, fightin’ fer the glory of Rangers!

Let the English window close, let the dust settle, and let’s hope McTominay finds his way back home. It’s time, mate, for the Rangers faithful to rejoice, and for me to don me beloved scarf, raise a glass, and sing oor praises to the lad who’s gonnae take us to the promised land!
