Job brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled wellness and beauty brand virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one of the following area:

Fitness and Wellness: If you are a fitness trainer or coach, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills.

To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and possess an in-depth knowledge of wellness & beauty.

Below are the roles and responsibilities for the three experts needed:

Roles and Responsibilities for the Fitness and Wellness Expert

As a fitness and wellness expert, you will be responsible for;

Creating tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and

groups.

You will assign exercise routines based on clients physical needs

and monitor their progress.

You will also determine clients exercise needs, assign fitness

activities, and revise them as needed.

In addition, you will motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

The ideal candidate should have previous work experience as a

fitness trainer or similar role, knowledge of diverse exercises, and

excellent communication skills.

Act as the brand ambassador by promoting different products for

awareness and posting some announcements for any special

offers.

Assist with creating digital products, digital content and research

some marketing strategies to gain potential partnerships or

collaborations.

Build relationships with customers by being attentive to their needs

and by offering an excellent customer service experience by helping

them resolve their issues.

Maintains knowledge of competition, new product/brand launches,

and overall industry trends by attending some training sessions.

Actively participate in meetings concerning programs and

promotions, new items, brand launches, sales goals, and modeling

exceptional customer care.

Provide expertise in product demonstrations and consultations.

Oversee completion of exercise routines.

Ad hoc tasks and special projects

Required Skills:

Degree or Diploma in Kinesiology or Sports Science or Physics is a

plus

Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role

Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according

to each clients needs.

Proven experience of CPR and First Aid

Ability to instruct and motivate people

Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends

Digital fluency with commonly used software platforms (e.g., Shopify,

MS Office, etc.).

Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.

Strong interpersonal skills with good listening, communication, and

organizational skills.

Have a social media account that presents you as a Wellness &

Fitness professional.

Display a genuine passion and drive for nutrition, fitness, and

wellness.

Attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience as a Wellness and fitness professional or

similar role.

Customer service experience using virtual aids.

Extensive knowledge of female exercise routine.

Additional education in Fitness or relevant fields is a plus.

Experience establishing & maintaining relationships in the business

community.
