For 15 years, St Kevin's College has supported the free Fitness sessions to staff. The Women's Gym Session is conducted each Thursday between 3:30pm - 5:45pm, allowing staff to participate anytime between the set time frame.
Applicants must have experience and the confidence to develop and deliver a training program to staff, accommodating various fitness levels.
