ISSA is looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager!

Job Summary:

At ISSA, the primary role of the affiliate marketing manager is to establish, maintain, and improve affiliate and influencer business relationships. They are responsible for recruiting affiliates, tracking sales from affiliate sites, and expanding ISSA’s network. The affiliate and influencer marketing manager addresses and resolves affiliate concerns and issues.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Implement and manage affiliate and influencer strategies by evolving ISSA's approach to best practices, planning, and execution.
• Lead day to day management and optimization of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns with exceptional execution.
• Plan and manage campaigns, tests, activations, program budgeting, onboarding, and optimizations for affiliates and influencers.
• Strategic partner identification, recruitment, and program analysis with data and insights.
• Affiliate partner and platform billings, transaction inquiries, and bad lead/sales returns.
• Development of promotional materials, affiliate assets, and other affiliate and influencer marketing collateral.
• Organize internal communications and documents, create tech tickets for codes and tracking needs, develop landing pages, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and grow the affiliate and influencer program performance in collaboration with ISSA’s Director of Strategic & Business Partnerships.

What is ISSA looking for:

• 2 years minimum marketing campaign experience
• 2 years affiliate and influencer marketing background
• 2 years manager level experience (leading others)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to take initiative and follow directions
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new software
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently while collaborating with a team
• Personal passion for fitness and desire to help others
