BODY20 just opened at the beautiful Cascades Overlook Town Center in Sterling, Virginia and we are looking for Sales Associates to drive membership sales.

The Role

As a BODY20 Sales Associate you will be part of a dynamic team to drive membership sales in Potomac Falls / Sterling. You will help spread the word about BODY20 and drive sales of new members to positively impact the lives of our members on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via phone, text and email to drive in-person demos and membership sign ups, following BODY20's sales process and using BODY20 templates in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to maintain contact with leads
• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand and identify leads (e.g. community fairs, farmers markets, tables setup at local businesses) and conducting a demonstration workout just on the arms with our Electric Muscle Stimulation device
• Build relationships and partnerships with local businesses
• Help keep the studio space clean and organized
• Physical requirement to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment typically to enable setup and clean-up for offsite marketing events and table setups

Desired Candidate Attributes

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Passion for health, wellness and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition who can talk to anyone
• Enjoys teamwork
• Detail oriented and takes accountability to drive outcomes
• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Previous sales and fitness background a plus
