Community Events
Setting up partnerships in the community Planning events like May Workouts in the Park, 5ks, 6 Week Challenge Launch Day Creating relationships in the community with schools, grocery stores, doctors, etc.
Generating awareness in our community on how we help people get healthy
Additional responsibilities and requirements:
Perform monthly team meetings
Ensure all team members are getting Weekly 1 on 1’s
Ensure there are weekly trainer training
Weekly 1 on 1 with supervisor
Attendance to monthly kick-off meetings
Attendance to accountability meetings
Bank drops and cash management (daily deposit slips and weekly drops)
For PTO and FLEX holiday it’s up to the Director to find staffing for the club
