Chuze Fitness Group Trainer at Chuze Fitness

Job Description

$25 - $30 / hour

Chuze Fitness Team Training sessions are pre-programmed workouts utilizing heart rate based technology and interval training to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for our members. Each 60 minute session alternates participants between cardio and strength floor training utilizing a variety of dynamic equipment including suspension trainers, weights, incline trainers, rowers, and more. 

An energetic, highly engaging coach will simultaneously lead a group of 12-36 members in cardiovascular and strength training within this fast-paced environment. We embrace the camaraderie and spirit of a group environment, all while ensuring individual needs are met. Training expertise, multi-tasking abilities, and a desire to foster member relationships will ensure a stellar member experience in every session.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, or ACSM) with 2+ years of experience (required)
  • Current CPR/AED certification (or within the first 60 days of employment)
  • HIGHLY MOTIVATED self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to lead and grow
  • Ability to motivate and cultivate a collective environment of encouragement among members that facilitates connections and makes them feel like family

Recommended:

  • Group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, etc.) with at least 1 year of experience
  • TRX training certified
