Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a Fitness Manager On Duty to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager on Duty you will:
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
- Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations
- Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean
- Supervise and monitor the exercise floor.
- Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate would have:
- An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- A current CPR/AED certification or the ability and willingness to obtain certifications prior to hire.
