GENERAL DUTIES
Develops and implements fitness programs, classes, and activities for members to meet member needs. Identifies and implements improvement processes utilizing Accelerated Improvement Process (AIP) and/or Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA). Demonstrates competence and knowledge in the assessment, treatment, care of adults, particularly older adults and geriatric adults. Develops and implements lectures and other educational experiences related to wellness topics. Demonstrates responsibility for containment of costs and conservation of supplies and equipment. Performs assessments by instructing member on proper techniques utilizing the individualized exercise prescription.
