CAREER OVERVIEW:  Are you done with teaching overcrowded classes with a "one size fits all" program? Next Level Physio is searching for elite trainers to lead, instruct, and motivate! Our small group classes are programmed to be individualized with a focus on functional fitness.  Creativity. Design challenging yet doable workouts for clients to improve on strength and agility.  Motivational Skills. To keep clients coming back, Next Level trainers must keep their clients engaged throughout the workout. Physical Fitness. Next Level trainers must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. Next Level instructors need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary. Problem-Solving Skills. Next Level trainers must provide regressions and progressions for clients with differing abilities and adjust as needed. Communication Skills. Next Level trainers must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues/movements to clients in a professional, clear, and motivating manner. JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating individualized Programs prior to leading a Next Level class - which includes strength, stretch/mobility, HIIT, plyometrics. Monitoring client execution of exercises and correcting techniques to minimize injury and maximize results. Referring clients with any injuries to Next Level Physio. Sales and marketing experience a must! Content creation for daily social media posts.   Community outreach. QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED:  Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness. Preferred: FRC and/or Youth sports training a plus! 5+ years of group fitness experience or personal training experience Applicants must submit their resume.
