What We Expect:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure the daily cleanliness of the fitness center, locker areas and indoor swimming pool.
Ensure all amenities, towels and lockers are stocked on a daily basis.
Ability to adhere to all Four Seasons Cultural and Core standards.
Posses a high level of attention to detail in order to maintain a meticulously clean and tidy fitness facility
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of indoor pool and pool patio. Following up with indoor pool and pool patio guest needs.
Ensure all beverage stations (hot and cold) and fruit are consistently refreshed and maintained up to standard.
Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and providing tours of facility.
Inform guests on all aspects regarding the services, hours of operation, rules and regulations, and classes to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain constant communication with Guest Services Coordinator, Dir of Ops and Dir of Fitness regarding guest related issues.
Ability to follow proper payroll functions
Ability to provide the proper and safe operation and care of all health club equipment including fitness equipment, free weights, bicycles, sauna, Jacuzzi, and handicap lift.
Ability to report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately
Ability to ensure safety procedures are followed and notify Security of any incident or injury.
Ability to handle lost and found items

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High school degree or equivalent experience preferred
2-4 years providing customer service in fitness environment
Experience in dealing with high volume of guest inquiries
The ability to have oral proficiency in the English language
People oriented with positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills
Proven problem solving skills and sound judgment
Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Must be able to function independently and as a team player with strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours
CPR Certification (preferred)
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
