Job Description


We are seeking individuals with a background in Administration/Reception interested in working in the occupational rehabilitation sector in Sydney.


  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk;
  • Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels;
  • Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels.
  • Manage incoming calls and email enquiries;
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers;
  • Keep the reception areas clean and tidy;
  • Accurate data entry into IPAR’s client database system as required;
  • Full-time (preferred), Part-time or casual position
  • Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team
Qualifications


Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated.


We are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive approach to work.


You will also have:


  • Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Initiative and resourcefulness when problem solving;
  • Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures;
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in a team and independently;
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentially;
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things;
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
