THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD SENIOR SPECIALIST for our MARTECH team in SÃO PAULO!

Our Gympass team is seeking a technical, business oriented, results-driven, with great interpersonal skills, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join our Marketing Operations Martech team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool, providing support to the different Marketing and Sales teams, from workflows set ups to reporting to negotiation with the vendor, optimizing our processes, making it automated and scalable, maximizing ROI of the tool.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Operate marketing technology products as a specialist to enable the marketing team to run the best-in-class marketing;
  • Interact with stakeholders: give feedback, roll out experiment, build, deploy and/or help the teams with marketing campaigns and automations;
  • Share with Marketing teams performance and engagement reports from our email marketing campaigns;
  • Develop and optimize on an ongoing basis automated prospect journey flows and data-driven communications;
  • Work with the different teams on the requests raised to our team;
  • Work in the Martech team to implement best practices and get the most out of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Who You Are
  • An experienced professional in using and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Someone with proven success managing CRM Marketing, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, open rate, managing channels such as: email marketing, push, SMS, etc;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced English is a must, Spanish is a plus;
  • Someone with analytical skills for data-driven decision making, and comfortable in very fast-paced environments;
  • Problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills. Hands-on, organized, and with high-attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture;
  • Experience in working with other marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot is a plus;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, Ampscript;
