MEFITPRO is looking to hire Club Managers for a reputed client - a fast growing fitness chain in Kuwait.

Key roles & responsibilities:

1. Business & Operations Strategy Formulation

2. Budget & Cost Control / P&L Management of the club

3. Policies, SOP's, Processes & Procedures

4. Operational Activities

5. People Management

6. Other - Training, Reports, KPI's, Customer Service Standards, Revenue Generation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the industry out of which at least 3 years as a Club Manager/Asst.Manager of a commercial fitness club having at least 2000 members.

Bachelor Degree in Sports Science/Business Management or related.

Certified in First Aid, CPR & AED.

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.

Excellent Interpersonal, Behavioral & Leadership skills.

Strong exposure to P&L Management/Budgetary Control.

Preference given to Kuwaitis and expats residing in Kuwait.

Salary Range: 1,500 KD - 1,750 KD + Accommodations/Visa/Medical/Tickets
