Bayern Munich have confirmed that Sadio Mané is not in the squad for today’s friendly against Kawasaki Frontale, as he is “in Contract Talks Ahead of a possible transfer.”

It’s quite possible that Sadio Mané has played his last game for Bayern Munich.

After weeks of speculation linking the forward with a move to Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr, the German champions have now confirmed that he is in talks with another club.

As a result, Mané was not included in Bayern’s squad for today’s friendly against Japanese side Kawasaki Frontale.

“Sadio Mané is in contract talks ahead of a possible transfer and so is not in today’s squad,” FC Bayern revealed in a statement.

Mané joined Bayern from Liverpool in the summer of 2022.
