Asia Cup 2023, This season will feature six teams. (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal). Asia Cup is scheduled from September 2 to September 17. However, there are concerns over the venue, as BCCI has declined to send Indian players to Pakistan. Before the Asia cup Bangladesh has gone through many changes, first Tamim was ruled out due to back injury and after a long injury. Now, Ebadot Hussain has been dropped from the list due to his knee injury. Tanzid Hasan received his first call-up to the national team. He has chosen to replace Ebadot Hussain. The Bangladesh Cricket Board announced a 17-member squad for the Asia Cup.
