A source says that the Yankees would rather reunite with the outfielder they got at the trade deadline than make a big deal for Pirates star Bryan Reynolds. Benintendi said he wanted to go back to New York after the season, and Brian Cashman is said to have said he’d “love” to have the 28-year-old left-handed pitcher back.
