The secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has forecasted which teams will make it to the semi-finals in the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, set to be co-hosted by the United States and the West Indies.

Shah expressed his opinions on the likely strong contenders for the tournament, believing that India, Australia, New Zealand, and the West Indies, the co-hosts, have robust T20 squads and are expected to reach the semi-finals.
While having a conversation with Times Of India, Jay Shah said,”India, Australia, New Zealand and the hosts, West Indies, because they are good in T20.”
The first match of the tournament will be played between the USA and Canada on June 1.

Group B: England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
