Following their fifth straight victory that shot them up to fifth position in the points standings and into the running for an IPL 2024 playoff berth, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) pacer Yash Dayal stated that the team’s incredible turnaround has been driven by an attacking style of play and a positive team environment. Delhi Capitals (DC), who have the same number of points as RCB but a worse net run rate, are trailing RCB by a short margin. With only one victory in eight games, RCB’s postseason hopes seemed bleak just a month ago. But they’ve shown incredible perseverance, turning around their situation dramatically with a winning streak.
