Victoria Beckham sports a stylish black crop top while leading a family workout with daughter Harper, 12, and husband David

Victoria Beckham takes the lead in a family workout with husband David and Daughter Harper on a Thursday.

The renowned fashion designer, aged 49, donned a black sports bra and matching leggings in preparation for their exercise session.

Their 12-year-old daughter, Harper, sported a coordinated outfit with her mother, while David, 48, opted for a white sporty T-shirt and pink shorts.

The Beckhams laid out yoga mats and engaged in a workout guided by former Team GB Judo athlete Bobby Rich.

Victoria snapped a quick mirror photo and captioned it with ‘Family workout!’

This event followed Victoria’s recent revelation about renewing her wedding vows with David in the wake of his alleged affair with Rebecca Loos. She discussed the aftermath of the 2003 claims that David had developed a close relationship with his personal assistant during an appearance on the US talk show Today with Hoda & Jenna.

In a Netflix documentary, Victoria disclosed that the months following the scandal were the most challenging in her life, and she also elaborated on David’s decision to have a ‘second wedding’ after the incident. Their initial grand ceremony took place in Ireland in 1999 with a significant media presence, but the vow renewal was an intimate affair witnessed by only six people.

Reflecting on the moment during her chat show appearance, the fashion designer revealed, ‘We were doing school on Monday and David said we had to go somewhere for the afternoon.’

‘We land in London, get off the plane and were met by the same car that drove us on our wedding day.’

‘We got remarried with the priest that married us all those years ago! think how can this get any better?’

‘We get on the plane and we fly to Paris, where we had a 24-hour honeymoon and we stayed in Suite 302.’

Despite their media fame as ‘Posh and Becks’ following their engagement in 1998, their private vow renewal took many by surprise. In a 2017 appearance on Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, David revealed that only six people attended the renewal ceremony at their home.

Victoria opened up for the first time about the pain she endured following the claims of David’s alleged affair with Rebecca in their four-part Netflix documentary titled ‘Beckham.’ Almost two decades after the alleged relationship during David’s time at Real Madrid, she admitted that the months afterward were the ‘most challenging’ and that she felt they no longer had each other as a couple.

David also acknowledged that they faced a crisis and had to ‘fight for their family’ during that tumultuous period. He described feeling physically ill every day as they struggled to save their marriage.

In a candid interview, Victoria seemed to fight back tears when asked if that was the most difficult time in their marriage. She confessed, ‘100 percent.’

‘It was the hardest period for us. Because it felt like the world was against us.’

‘Here’s the thing, we were against each other, if I’m being completely honest. Up until Madrid sometimes it felt like us against everybody else but we were together, we were connected, we had each other.’

‘But when we were in Spain, it didn’t really feel like we had each other either. And that’s sad. I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it was. And how it affected me.’

David’s alleged relationship with Rebecca was exposed by the now-defunct News of the World newspaper, and at the time, Victoria chose to stay in the UK so their sons, Brooklyn and Romeo, could continue attending their schools. This left David feeling isolated and struggling to adjust to his new situation.

David explained, ‘When I first moved to Spain it was difficult because I had been part of a club and a family for my whole career, from the age of 15 to when I was 27.’

‘I get sold overnight, the next minute I’m in a city, I don’t speak the language. More importantly, I didn’t have my family.’

‘Every time that we woke up we felt there was something else … we both felt at the time that we were not losing each other but drowning.’

He admitted that they weren’t sure how they managed to navigate the crisis, emphasizing their determination to fight for their family and the value they placed on their relationship.

Victoria relocated to Madrid during this time, where they bought a £3 million home, and later had their third son, Cruz, now 18, in the Spanish capital. Despite establishing a family base in Madrid, she expressed her unhappiness about leaving the UK.

She revealed, ‘As soon as I could get the kids in school, we then move full-time. Did I resent David? If I am being totally honest, yes I did.’

‘It was probably, if I’m being honest, the most unhappy I have ever been in my life. It wasn’t that I felt unheard because I chose to internalise a lot of it because I was always mindful of a focus that he needed.’

Both Victoria and David described their time in Madrid as a ‘nightmare’ and ‘an absolute circus.’ The constant media attention made even the school run a live spectacle on Spanish TV.

The couple found the Netflix documentary therapeutic, which features previously unheard stories from David’s parents, Ted and Sandra, Sir Alex Ferguson, Gary Neville, and Beckham’s best friend, Dave Gardner.
