Haaland revealed that he covers his lips with tape before night and that he wears blue light-blocking spectacles for three hours before going to sleep.
When the 23-year-old guested on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, he shared some of the keys to his success.
“I believe that sleep is the most important thing in the world,” stated Haaland.
