NDLEA Intercepts Explosives ‘Bound For Bandits’ Camp’ In Niger

 

A consignment of 32 items of improvised explosive gadgets (IEDs), has been seized by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Niger state.

In an announcement on Sunday, Femi Babafemi, NDLEA spokesperson, stated the intercepted explosives had been headed for camps of bandits within the state.

He added that one Musa Muhammadu was caught with the IEDs on May 22, and the Suspect was transferred to the army for additional investigation.

NDLEA stated its operatives additionally seized 379 grams of methamphetamine at a courier firm in Lagos.
