Reports of Lionel Messi's presence in Spain with his family and 15 suitcases started circulating over the weekend, fueling speculation that the Argentine footballer had arrived in the country.

Initially, there was little to no proof of Messi's whereabouts, but now a video has surfaced of the World Cup champion. As per Tribuna, El Chiringuito TV captured footage of Messi cycling in the Castelldefels area.

Fans gathered outside Messi's home, hoping to secure autographs, as he was spotted cycling back to his residence.

There is speculation that Messi's return to Spain may be linked to his potential return to Barcelona. The Argentine footballer's contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the season, and he has not yet reached an agreement on a new deal.

Barcelona is eager to bring Messi back, but according to Barca Universal's report, his visit may not be related to any transfer negotiations.

According to the publication, Messi did not travel to Barcelona to discuss any transfer negotiations or to meet with the club officials. Instead, his visit is believed to be a leisure trip to enjoy Spain and make the most of his time off.

 PSG's next game is scheduled for April 30th, and players have been given a break until April 26th.

Although Messi may not have any plans to meet with the club during his visit, reports suggest that Barcelona is interested in bringing the former star back to the club and has been very vocal about their desire to do so.
