Leicester are demanding €95m from Chelsea for Wesley Fofana, as per Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato.
Sources claim Leicester are now prepared to allow the defender to leave the club, but only for the outrageous world record fee being quoted.
Chelsea already made two crazy bids worth £65m and £70m (€80m) but they got turned down by Leicester City.
Leicester paid Saint-Etienne €35m for Fofana in 2020. The market value of the 21-year-old stands at €40m, Chelsea will pay more than double of that market value if they are to pay what City are asking.
