Erik ten Hag wants to sign Netherlands footballer of the Year Cody Gakpo for Man United, as per the Mirror.
The Red Devils are still seeking a new Forward and have shifted their attention to signing the promising PSV Eindhoven forward.
Gakpo would be available for around £40m, which is much less than what Ajax demanded for Antony.
The 23-year-old is a highly-rated forward who has been compared to Ruud Van Nistelrooy and even trained under the ex-United forward at PSV.
He enjoyed a prolific season for PSV in the 2021/22 campaign, scoring 12 goals and providing 13 assists in the Eredivisie.
