'Nothing has changed': Klopp rules out any more signings despite minor injury crisis

The Reds have a Minor Injury Crisis before the season officially starts.

Ibrahima Konate (knee), Curtis Jones (calf), Diogo Jota (hamstring), Kostas Tsimikas (knee), Naby Keita (illness), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (hamstring) and Caoimhin Kelleher (groin) are out of action for Liverpool.

Despite these concerns, Jurgen Klopp has ruled out any further signings for the club: "We have too many injuries, that’s true, but in the moment nothing has changed.

"We can’t solve problems we have for four weeks with a transfer. At the moment it makes no sense to us. But the transfer window is still open and we will see, but we have no plans (to make more signings)."

There is no timetable set for Konate and Ox's return - they will be out of action for at least one month. Jota is still three weeks away from training.

The summer transfer window closes on September 1.
