This PGA Tour saw one of the biggest numbers of participants in the history of golf. In fact, some of the biggest names in the golfing world came together to compete against each other. But one name that came out on the top was Sahith Theegala. Sahith etched his name in the golfing history as the winner of the 2023 Fortinet Championship.

Coming out on top while competing with some of the best and biggest names in golfing history is not a joke at all. But Sahith managed to do the same with ease. This left fans more curious about this Indian-American golfer’s background and equipment.

The Wizard & The Wand  

Sahith managed to take the world by storm by registering his first win on the Pga Tour while going up against some of the heavyweights of golf. But what stuck with the fans was his choice of equipment, which can be only described by a single word, ‘elite.’

Theegala is a big fan of the Ping. This is why he was seen wielding some of the best pieces of equipment that the company has to offer. Some of his weapons of choice include G430 LST 10.5 Degree Driver, G430 Max 18 Degrees Fairway, Ping i210, Ping Blueprint S, Ping Glide 4.0, Ping Glide 2.0, and Ping TR 1966 Anser 2 Prototype.

The list is definitely suited for somebody who is set to take the golfing world by storm. In fact, with the specialized choice of equipment coupled with a sharp technique of golfing, Theegala was not here to dilly-dally.

After a long hiatus from winning any tournament, Theegala arrived at the PGA Tour with the iron will to make his mark.
