The Quezon City Capitals is a professional basketball team representing the city of Quezon in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). The team made its debut on the MPBL as one of the 10 pioneer teams in the Anta Rajah Cup which opened in January 25, 2018.
The Quezon City Capitals finished the Rajah Cup with a record of 5 wins and 4 losses but they lost to Valenzuela City in the quarterfinals. In the succeeding season (Datu Cup), the 7th seeded Quezon City Capitals surprised the league as they eliminated the 2nd seed Makati Skyscrapers in the first round of the playoffs.

The Quezon City Capitals is one of the last teams who were able to confirm and complete their lineup for the MPBL 2022 Regular Season. While the team does not feature marquee names, the team is a mixture of proven veterans and young guns.
Providing guidance and leadership are James Martinez and Marcy Arellano who are proven point guards in the MPBL. Backstopping Martinez and Arellano are fellow MPBL veterans Wowie Escosio, Kyle Neypes, Mel Mabigat, Kim Cinco, and Jeson Delfinado.
The Quezon City Capitals will get a boost from their young guns which include Christopher Menguez, Kim Cinco, and Levi Dela Cruz.
