Volpe said he had never played with Peraza before, and now sharing the same bullpen and line feels surreal. Moreover, the 21-year-old stated that they both share a healthy bond the competition is a friendly one as the main goal is to help the team eventually.

While Anthony Volpe may have rested the final decision on the Yankees’ management, he is making a solid case for himself side by side. Till now, his numbers are skyrocketing. The fans, critics, and his teammates are all in awe of the little dynamite. However, his promotion to the majors looks unlikely, at least on the opening day. But the prospect could get a call-up later in the season for sure.
