The former Fulham and Reading player was selected yesterday for Nottingham Forest’s 25-man Premier League roster as the defender’s return to fitness approaches. Omar Richards, a left-back for Bayern Munich, was reportedly not subject to a buy-back option when he was acquired by Nottingham Forest this summer. The former England under-21 international signed a four-year contract at the City Ground in July after spending just one season with the defending Bundesliga winners for a transfer price in the neighbourhood of £7 million.
