Turkish manager Fuat Capa has tipped Paul Onuachu to score 20 goals for Trabzonspor this season.

Onuachu linked up with Trabzonspor from Sky Bet Championship club, Southampton on a season-long loan deal this month.

The 29-year-old has enjoyed a good start to his career in Turkey, scoring in his first two games against Besiktas and Hatayaspor.

Capa has now tipped the Nigerian to score at least 20 goals in the Turkish Super Lig this month.

"He (Onuachu) started there perfectly, I’ve seen both of his games. On his home debut against Besiktas, he immediately scored his first goal with a header. He scored again against Hatayspor and also provided an assist.” he said, as quoted by Voetbalkrant.

"We all know he’s a good striker, who can get strong statistics recorded. I dare not predict that he will score fifty goals. But I see him score twenty times. Onuachu fits well in the Turkish league.”

The 29-year-old scored on his debut for the Burgundy Blues against Besiktas.

He also netted a goal and provided an assist on his second appearance for the former Turkish Super Lig champions.
