Victor Osimhen's agent Roberto Calenda has rescinded his decision to pursue Legal action against Serie A champions Napoli.

Osimhen was infuriated by the two TikTok videos posted by Napoli this week.

The first mocked his penalty miss against Bologna and the second compared him to a coconut.

Calenda announced he will take legal action against Napoli following the recent controversy surrounding their mocking TikTok videos.

Napoli released an official statement on Thursday in response, but it was widely criticised for the lack of an apology.

According to Italian publication,Gazzetta dello Sport , Calenda has decided not to file a lawsuit against Napoli following the release of their statement.

Osimhen's contract expires in June 2025 and a renewal seems incredibly unlikely at this stage, making a departure within the next 12 months a realistic possibility.

The 24-year-old has scored four goals in six league appearances for the Partenopei this season.

He was top scorer in the Italian top-flight with 26 goals in 32 league appearances last season.
