Coco Gauff reacts to reaching the Indian Wells quarterfinals with Aryna Sabalenka next

Coco Gauff is having yet a great run in Indian Wells, where she will face Aryna Sabalenka in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Coco Gauff surprised a raucous audience inside Stadium 2 at the BNP Paribas Open on Tuesday with a come-from-behind victory over Sweden’s Rebecca Peterson. Sixth-seeded Gauff won the final four games of a 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 fourth-round match to reach the last eight in Indian Wells for the first time in her career.

The American also broke Peterson’s serve to win the match after saving three break points at 4-4 in the final, where she would have been serving for her third Top 10 triumph of her career.

After the match, Gauff published a post on Instagram stating her happiness.
