Naomi Osaka is one of the most recognizable faces in women tennis and she is planning to increase her presence on social media during this Coronavirus pandemic.

The Japanese sensation had an entertaining training with Venus Williams that was “the real deal” as per Naomi’s words that was expecting just some light stretching.  Naomi also had an interesting chat with Teen Vogue when she also shared being star-struck when meeting Serena Williams for the first time.

Apparently, Naomi wants to go for more and she asked on Twitter about the player that she should interview. Of course, tennis fans pointed at the usual players such as Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Serena Williams. Coco Gauff was also added to the list and there was an interesting suggestion fro Stefanos Tsitsipas: Gael Monfils.

Interestingly enough, the Frenchman was more than ready to reply saying that he was 100% to be interviewed to tweet.

Naomi confirmed that the interview will be held indeed posting the following message “Monfils has somehow agreed for me to IG live interview him on Friday at 9am ET/6am PST and 3pm GMT+2”

Stefanos Tsitsipas’s ranking and performance in 2020

Currently ranked no.6, the Greek played his last match on the 7^th of March when he overcame Jeson Patrombon 6-2 6-1 in the Rubber 4 of the Davis Cup.

At the moment, this season Tsitsipas has a 11-5 win-loss record. The Greek clinched 1 title in Marseille. The Greek was the finalist in Dubai.

At the moment ranked no.9, Monfils played his last match on the 28^th of February when he capitulated to Novak Djokovic 2-6 7-6⁸ 6-1 in the semifinal in Dubai.

Presently, this year the French Player has a 16-3 win-loss record. Monfils conquered 2 titles in 2020 in Montpellier and in Rotterdam.
