Kolkata Knight Riders is ready to face Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Chinnaswamy stadium of Bengaluru. It is said to be the best match of the second week in the league. KKR Vs RCB is always a very heated game, there are many rivalries in this game but in this article we will tell you about one of the newest rivalries in the IPL.

Yash Dayal in IPL 2024

Rinku Singh of Kolkata is playing as a finisher in the team. He bats at No.6 where he was asked to play big shots. Yash Dayal on the other hand is a left arm fast bowler who is part of Royal Challengers Bengaluru team in 2024 season. Dayal was spot on in second game against Punjab. He bowled really well against Punjab in one of the most hated stadiums for bowlers, Chinnaswamy stadium.

There was no rivalry between these two players until a season before but Rinku Singh did a miraculous job for KKR in 2023 edition when he hit 5 sixes (6,6,6,6,6) in the last over of Yash Dayal. He won the game for Kolkata on his own. It was one in a million moment in IPL where a batsmen while chasing made 30 runs off the last over. Yash Dayal was playing for Gujarat Titans in that season and before that match he was doing well for the franchise.

After this horrible incident for Yash Dayal he was dropped from the team and he was also released from Gujarat Titans after the season. It was a very tough time for Yash where he was supported by many ex cricketers and his family members. In 2024 edition he is now part of RCB and on 29^th March RCB will take on KKR in Chinnaswamy stadium.

It will be a time of revenge for  Yash Dayal where he can prove himself on the biggest stage. Dayal will look forward to bowl against Rinku in death overs where he will try his best to get best out of him against him. It will be a battle to watch out for.
