Everton dismiss Frank Lampard after Westham loss, Bielsa in?

Everton has parted ways with their manager Frank Lampard after a run of horrible results that saw them lose four on the bounce and deep in the drop zone.

Frank Lampard was fired as Chelsea's manager in his first season in the Premier League, even though he got the Blues into the UCL despite a transfer ban.

But as results went south the next season, Roman Abramovich did what he’s never afraid of doing.

Fans of Everton had earlier protested the board's decisions, and top management was told not to come to the stadium for their penultimate home game.

But they were there at the London Stadium, where Lampard’s fate was sealed.

Two Jarrod Bowen goals put Everton on the losing end again and ultimately saved David Moyes’ blushes, as he was on the cusp of a sack following a similar run with West Ham.

Moyes can breathe now and hope his team will turn the corner.

Marcelo Bielsa is leading the race to replace the former Chelsea superstar in the Everton dugout.

The Argentine veteran manager was laid off at Leeds United last season.

But looking at the current Everton side and how Bielsa likes to play, does he have the workhorses at Goodison Park?

Steven Gerrard is never in the running for the job considering his Liverpool history, and  Solksjaer, another Premier League great, has been mentioned.

But the former Leeds man is the firm favourite to replace Lampard.
