Super Eagles captain Ahmed must have rejoined Nigeria Professional Football league side Kano Pillars for the rest of the season.
In a shock move that will help the popularity of the Nigerian League, current league leaders Kano Pillars have announced that former Leicester forward Ahmed Must has returned to the club as a free agent for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
The 28-yeard old star had been clueless since he left Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr in October and could not find a new club since then, his return to the Kano state giants comes almost 10 years after he first left the club to join VV Venlo, after his breakout season in which he won the Golden boot in 2012.
"Ahmad Musa is our own and Pillars FC will continue to support him anytime and anywhere he found himself,” media officer Malikawa said in the official announcement on Tuesday.
Though, Kano Pillars agreed with Musa that he will be allowed to negotiate with other clubs at any stage if he receives an offer that interests him.

Some people think Ahmed Musa joining Kano Pillars is a downgrade. You guys don't know Kano Pillars is the best club in Northern Nigeria and he rejected some offers from European Clubs, Even West Brom tried to sign him but they couldn't because they don't have enough Money.
