SEATTLE (AP) — Cristian Roldán’s goal proved instrumental in helping the Seattle Sounders beat Minnesota United 3-1 on Sunday. Roldán’s goal put the Sounders (3-5-1), who snapped a three-game losing streak, up 2-1 in the 74th minute. Raúl Ruidiaz was assisted on the goal. Ruidiaz and Nicolás Lodeiro scored for the Sounders. United’s goal (4-5-2) was scored by Robin Lod. The Sounders outscored United 17-12, with eight shots on target to United’s four.
