La Casa de papel or The House of Paper aka Money heist is a Spanish heist crime drama series created by Alex Pina. The first and second seasons of the series debuted on 2nd May 2017, and 16th October 2017 respectively. Following the success, the season 03 and 04 aired on 19th July 2019 and 3rd April 2020.
Let’s Look into the Plot of La Casa De Papel Season 5
The show is about a very brilliant perfectly planned heist led by a criminal mastermind Professor. He has planned to conduct the biggest heist in the recorded history to print euros in the Royal Mint of Spain. For this plan he chooses 8 brilliant people having different abilities and who have nothing to lose.
They have code names, in the names of cities like Tokyo, Moscow, Nairobi, Rio, Berlin, Helsinki, Oslo, and Denver. They got dressed in a red jumpsuit and covered with the Dali mask takes 67 hostages and printed 2.4 billion euros and escaped through their secret tunnel. With this first heist, they lost Oslo, Moscow, and Berlin at the end. After 2 to 3years Rio gets captured by Europol, then the Professor puts up another heist plan of Berlin to assault the Bank of Spain.
Professor takes Lisbon as his partner and brings another team consisting of new members Bogota, Palermo, Stockholm, and Marseille along with the other members from the Royal mint heist. The first heist was successful but in the second heist, all the members are shown trying to save their mate’s life. The heist goes on with the hostages, negotiations with the authorities, and many more hostile conditions they come across.

The Money heist upto season 04 has been favorite of a number of viewers. People have appreciated the characters a lot. Alvaro Morte, Ursula Corbero, Itziar Ituno, Alba Flores, Jaime Lorente, Pedro Alonso, and Miguel Herran are some of the most liked casts of the series. As the show has been renewed for a season 05 or finale season on 31st July 2020. Till then we just have to wait for the brilliant thriller, suspense, mystery crime drama series’s final part.
