Short answer: Yes

Many people think that it is only possible to get a DWI-drugs charge if they have taken illegal drugs.  However, it is possible to get a DWI with only valid Prescription Medication in your system.  There are many legal prescriptions prescribed for a variety of different conditions (think opiates, benzodiazepines, narcotics, etc.) that can potentially make driving dangerous.  Always read the caution labels on your prescription bottles and talk to your doctor if are concerned before getting behind the wheel!
