Expect head coach Jürgen Klinsmann to stick with the majority of the side that won 2-1 at Wolfsburg sandy.

Tousart Lucas joined to club record fee of € 24m, but was immediately loaned back to his club Olympique Lyon.

Dedryck Boyata is available again after suspension.

Santiago Ascacibar has signed on both sides of lapis VfB Stuttgart and will continue in midfield.

Marvin Plattenhardt has recovered from a heavy cold, while Liverpool loanee Marko Grujic available after suspension.

Australia's Mathew Leckie international match following a knee injury, but still has work to do to make the starting XI.

Schalke 04

Goalkeeper Alexander Nübel have completed a four-match ban, while son Mark Schubert has ably represented to some high-profile mistakes against Bayern last weekend.

Many people dislike Schalke, Nübel has decided not to renew his contract and will join Bayern on a free transfer at the end of the season. Nübel could regain his place in goal after Schubert less than impressive performance last weekend.

Austria international forward Michael Gregoritsch has joined on loan from Augsburg and add flair to the front lines.

Weston McKennie ready to go again after a shoulder op, but will have to play with a special protective cast.

Armine Harit has recovered from a thigh injury.

central defender Jean-Clair Todibo has also arrived from Barcelona B to the end of the season, but it awaits first start.

Guido Burgstaller fit, but has been ineffective in front of goal this season.

Defender Benjamin Stambouli and Salif Sane both continue their recovery.

Hertha Berlin vs Schalke: Predictions

With Schalke, one thing seems certain these days: most of the action in their match came after the break. In the last six Royal Blues playing in the street, in all their most destinations have been scored in the second half.

The Berlin did the same five times in nine home games, twice in three since Klinsmann took over so this opportunity, this is a very good shout.

The second recommendation is mostly on a hunch so take it with a grain of salt, but I honestly believe it ended in a draw.

Hertha far more compact unit after Klinsmann took over as Wagner more cautious on the road. Most of their away games tight affair, decided very late on with one or two goals in extra time, but Hertha (at least lately) looks serious enough not to let the same shenanigans.
