It is currently going just fine for Barcelona as the fans received the incredible news of the arrival of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.

The Brazilian joined the Camp Nou side after both clubs reached a deal worth €160 million.

According to various reports from Spain, Coutinho is set to be presented at the Camp Nou next Monday.

Sources at Barcelona says the club are already preparing for another presentation which could be two days after the presentation of Coutinho. And the next player on Barcelona’s radar is Yerry Mina who currently plies his trade at Palmeiras.

Both clubs have a pre-agreement for a €9 million transfer in the summer of 2018. But Barcelona’s latest request to push the deal forward has not pleased the Brazilian club.

Barcelona contacted Palmeiras sporting director,  Alexandre Mattos, in the final week of December 2017 in view of a transfer.

But Barcelona’s request was turned down as the club wanted to hear from the player first.

However, the Brazilian club see this as a chance to poach more cash out of the Spanish giants rather than burn the deal to the ground.

Mattos confirmed that they have now talked with the defender who has told them he wants to join Barcelona.

“I spoke with Mina, who says he has big dreams and that now is the time to leave.” he said.

“Now that we now his desire, it’s the time to reach an agreement with Barcelona.”

“Now that we know the desires of Mina, it’s time to find an agreement with Barça.”
