Coutinho has told his Brazilian team-mate and Barcelona midfielder, Paulinho that he wants to quit Liverpool for Barcelona as soon as possible.
Liverpool midfielder was a target of Barcelona in the summer but he was forced to stay at the Anfield.
Liverpool rejected several offers from Barcelona with the highest to be as much as £118m.
And according to Spanish publication Don Balon, Coutinho wants a move to the Camp Nou desperately.
With Liverpool struggling in ninth position, Coutinho wants out and is ready to force through a transfer in January, even if it means he can't play in the Champions League in the second half of the season.
Don Balon added that Coutinho has made his desire known to Paulinho on more than one occasion.
