Stacy Lewis hoping to overcome shortened Cambia Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club

While every other LPGA talent has to deal with the same issue, Stacy Lewis is hoping to overcome the shortened Cambia Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club course this week.

For those unaware, the Cambia Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club has been reduced to just 54 holes, making it all just a bit weirder for everyone involved.

Just knowing how this golf course plays, and it’s just going to be how firm are the fairways or how firm are the greens, you know just trying to get a feel for that more than anything,” said LPGA star Stacy Lewis , who goes off the back to open Friday’s first round at 11:21 ET with Ariya Jutanugarn and Brittany Lincicome.

“But fortunately,” she continued when speaking about the Cambia Portland Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.

“My game is in a good spot where I don’t feel like I need to go grind like crazy right now.

In 2017, Stacy Lewis secured $128,524 in the LPGA event after finishing with a score of 276.
