The Atletico Madrid striker announced in May that he would be leaving the club in the summer, but so far there has been no further confirmation on his destination.
That could be about to change, according to the Telegraph , who claim that his move to the Nou Camp could be signed off next Monday.
Griezmann was in a similar boat at this point last season, when he made a documentary - called the Decision - where he eventually revealed he would be signing a new contract at the Wanda Metropolitano.
This summer has seen a change of heart however, and it leaves Diego Simeone with a sizeable role to fill up top.
The latest reports suggest that the 19-year-old has already signed a contract ahead of a £107m, Atletico using the fee they will receive for Griezmann to fund the move.
