Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield’s NFL draft stock is only continuing to go up.
Former Redskins GM Scot McCloughan previously said Mayfield is the quarterback he would build a franchise around.
Now, McCloughan is consulting for the Cleveland Browns, who have a pair of top-4 draft picks.
