BGN Radio’s John Barchard reported all along that Jeffery was unlikely to play against the Packers because the Eagles want to take a very conservative approach with his minor shoulder injury.
NFL insider Adam Caplan notes Jeffery would be playing tonight if this was a regular season game.

Free agent signing Chance Warmack is projected to start in his place.
