WhatsApp is reportedly developing a new feature that will allow users to make Voice Calls to unsaved numbers using an in-app dialer. This information was discovered by WABetaInfo in the WhatsApp beta for Android, version 2.24.9.28. Although the feature is still under development and has not been released to users on the Google Play beta program, it's expected to be introduced in one of the upcoming updates.
