The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has established a first-of-its-kind panel to study unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) or unidentified flying objects (UFOs). A group of 16 scientists will spend the next nine months looking into events involving flying objects or unnatural phenomena.
